All orders are sent by APC OVERNIGHT (Monday- Thursday only). 

We use thermal packaging and ice blocks. Most shipments arrive frozen but this is not guaranteed. However your potted shrimps should still be at a very low temperature when you open your box and therefore suitable to put in your freezer. (Refreezing is only dangerous if the product has reached 8C).
