Founded over 15 years ago by a husband and wife team in their Suffolk kitchen, the secret Stoberry Potted Shrimp recipe has recently changed hands to another husband and wife team just a couple of miles away. The perfect accompaniment to seasonal asparagus or added to pasta with some olive oil and chilli, this is potted heaven for lockdown virtual dinner parties, a date night starter or simply just added to a slice of toasted sourdough with a squeeze of lemon for lunch.

The shrimps themselves are caught in the shallow waters off the Wash, boiled on board the shrimp boats before being hand peeled in Kings Lynn. This is a slow process, but the results are top quality produce as the distinctive taste is not lost by more commercial methods using machines and water.
