Stoberry Potted Shrimps has launched its online offering and is delivering delicious brown shrimp buttery delights across the UK. The perfect lockdown food, the brown shrimp have been sourced in the shallow waters off the Norfolk wash and hand peeled just a few miles away in Kings Lynn.

Founded over 15 years ago by a husband and wife team in their Suffolk kitchen, the secret Stoberry Potted Shrimp recipe has recently changed hands to another husband and wife team just a couple of miles away. Recently launched website stoberrypottedshrimps.com, purchasers have a choice of two different sized pots and can access delicious recipes.

The perfect accompaniment to seasonal asparagus or added to pasta with some olive oil and chilli, this is potted heaven for lockdown virtual dinner parties, a date night starter or simply just added to a slice of toasted sourdough with a squeeze of lemon for lunch.

The shrimps themselves are caught in the shallow waters off the Wash, boiled on board the shrimp boats before being hand peeled in Kings Lynn. This is a slow process, but the results are top quality produce as the distinctive taste is not lost by more commercial methods using machines and water.

The recipe which includes a special blend of spices and butter are potted in small batches and then frozen to retain freshness and quality.

There are two different size pots which can be frozen for up to six months.
